Awesome experience and amazing guest service for most part. The geyser stopped working and it took some time to fix it. We had to ask for soap once when they missed putting it after cleaning the room. The heritage feel was good. There is no elevator because of heritage status but the premises are kept very clean including the restrooms and carpeted staircases/corridors. There is amazing decoration all over the hotel.

It has beautiful rooms and polite staff. But it is largely oriented towards its western clientelle. Can't serve Indian cuisine. Western taste tea in your room cart. So its a very nice place for Foreigners but for Indians it is not what you would spend (so much) on....

Outstanding hospitality during a very busy time for demanding holiday makers! I visited with my family and was very impressed with their warmth, courteousness, rooms and the location of the hotel. Beautiful view of the valley and town slopes and old world charm reproduced with modern comfort and very helpful and well trained staff. I would very strongly recommend the hotel

Food is absolutely not good especially for Indian people, poor service, hospitality. Only room decor is the only nice thing about the hotel, even spa is also not of premium quality. Poor experience despite of high prices of everything. Everything from water to coffee is chargeable, nothing is complementary. Food choice is worst, break fast items, fruits, juices, least choice is provided. Decor is the only best thing.

A regal experience. The colonial bunglow, the English decor, the classic service make the stay memorable. Food may not be its best aspect, but the breakfast is quite nice. The best part of it all, however, is the quiet evenings in the lap of heritage that is an invitation for an imaginative soul to conjure an old, charmed world away from the maddening reality...with a book and a drink.
