For the love of hills, we stayed in Shalom Inn located in the lap of the green steepy mountains, being greeted by the valleys each morning from the rooms. We have enjoyed our stay here and were overwhelmed by the services offered to us. The quality of food was at par along with a genuine company of the hotel owners. We were given pick up and drop service from a specific point in Darjeeling. We also enjoyed a mini bonfire on the very first day of our stay at the terrace arranged by them. We would definitely recommend this place if you're willing to stay in cozy valley view rooms with a sheer experience of warm gratitude.

Excellent people....Mr and Mrs Gurung Excellent location....walking distance from chowrasta and The mall.... Excellent hill views from room..... Very very neat and clean..... Excellent food.....very tasty.... May God bless them ...always..

We stayed for 3 nights, the hospitality of the owner Pramod Gurung and his wife was amazing, best homestay in terms of view, food and care. We loved it, hope to visit again!

If you're looking for an affordable stay with great amenities, Shalom Inn is the place to drop by for your exquisite stay amidst the hills. They provide extremely well maintained rooms with a mesmerising view of the valley that can soothe your soul sitting right on your bed devouring the morning sip of hot tea. Their hospitality is so homely with some great cooked food for the meals you avail. One can enjoy the sight of valleys from the roof-top while taking the first bite of their pancakes in breakfast
