Breakfast buffet was great! Rooms had amazing view! Rooms were clean and tidy as expected! Service was warm too! There was a problem of card happening with us ! But the staff didn’t let us complain about it by their fast service! Rooms had heater/ ac so there was no complains about temperature controls. It was cozy all the time as per our requirements!

Great location. Rooms with mountain view are preferable. otherwise also rooms are good. Staff is not well informed. I was misinformed even after double checking. Great breakfast.

Nice hotel, located in center point. 24 Hr hot water and central heating system made our living comfortable while outside was at 4’c. Early morning you can have a glimpse of Kanchanjangha and of course clock tower is always just beside you. Next time in Darjeeling i will not think of any other hotel rather than Ramada. Best experience ever.

I do regular trips to Darjeeling and finding a good place to stay is like finding an equilibrium of Demand and Supply curves. My recent stay at Ramada was beyond what I expected. Centrally located with almost no better location than it, topped with friendly, warm staffs and services as such made my stay seamless. Not to forget the well thought interiors of the room and the breath taking view of "Majestic Kanchenjunga" from the Room. I can't consider any other place apart from Ramada for my many visits to Darjeeling. Definitely found an equilibrium for a paradise in the "Queen of Hills".

Ramada Wyndham Darjeeling is a real gem! The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Darjeeling. Thank you Ramada Wyndham for making our stay so special.
