I personally got the best view of Kanchenjunga and the Himalayan range from here! Very nice and calm place! View is mesmerising! There are also shops nearby so you can easily get food. You can also notice the sleeping Buddha from there! You can get beautiful photographs.

It was cloudy so couldn't see much except a couple of hills and a helipad. Anyways good open area to spend some time around. Lots of benches at regular intervals during the road length till Mall market. Clean fresh air, no eateries nearby so bring your own snacks.

One of the best places to catch a glimpse of a heavenly sunrise in Darjeeling. There's an open air gymkhana too for the gym freaks out there. The best part is that, it is only a 5 min walk from the Darjeeling Mall, so you don't have to wake up at 3/4 am and rush. Tiger Hill probably ain't worth it, when you can get such a good view from Darjeeling itself.

It's a very cool place to be on a sunny day. Otherwise it's mostly a nice walk. The view is towards the North so its facing where Sikkim, Gangtok is, cannot be seen so don't expect magic. When the cloud clears up, it looks very pretty. Some beautiful cottage/hotels are there, looks amazing.
