Such a brilliant staff, highly courteous people. And what tasty food. It's not a hotel. It's a home. Such warmth from people who hosted us. Infact, the day we checked out, entire staff came out to see us off. The hotel even arranged highly economical cabs! Loved the stay!

Food is very good. Some rooms have good views, but some rooms even don't have any windows!! So choose wisely. Its close to taxi stand and Mall, still the position is such that there's not too much chaos. A good place to stay.

Rooms are nice. Got a room with view of Kanchenjunga. Nice and friendly staff. Food was good. Nice location. Enjoyed our stay.

Its a beautiful luxury hotel. Even for a ground floor room, we had a view of Kanchenjunga. The services they provide is awesome. You will get 24 hour hot water, electric kettle in room. The room and bathroom are very clean. The room is spacious and decor is nice. Overall had a great stay and would definitely like to come back to this hotel.

If you are not expecting great service then it's fine. I booked hotel online, room is decent. Food was ok but late service. You have to call them more then once every time you order anything. Location of hotel is nice, but I won't book it again as there are many better options are there. Prefer to book your hotel in Mall road.
