The home stay is run by a family who are very hospitable. The rooms are very clean and the foods are delicious. The view from the home stay is breathtaking. One can get almost 180 degree view of the Darjeeling valley - the town & famous singalila range. Happy valley tea garden is in a 5 minutes walk distance. Highly recommend this place for a very comfortable & cosy stay. Darjeeling town & the singhalila range.

A HOMESTAY in the true sense with amazing hospitality. I have stayed in homestays before but this experience was something different.Be it clean rooms, clean bathroom with geyser, blanket warmers(a great addition considering the cold),super amazing and timely food, owner's(Dipak Sharma Uncle's) cordial interractions, everything was looked after in minute detail. The view from the room was excellent as shared by Uncle previously with me. Uncle also showed me around the entire homestay which has multiple types of accomodations on various floors.No falsification, no duplicity, just close your eyes and stay here. U will not regret it at all. The location is in a good area, 5 mins from Raj Bhavan,10-15 mins from Mall. My sister and me used to take morning walks to the Mall through the serene roads. Nightingale Park is also just beside the homestay. One recommendation to everybody- just make it your own home during your stay.

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking for viewing scenic beauty of Himalayas from balcony of the homestay , homely foods, clean and well decorated rooms , listen to the solitude, prompt & timely service and the feel-good ambience of the place. The Owner Uncle and his family members are so caring and always happy to help. One will be feeling like at home while staying here. A must visit place in Darjeeling.
