Nice hotel to stay having great view from back side. No inbuilt heater. Separate heater costs 400rs and not at all worth. Good food, also serves hot water for dinner and lunch breakfast. Greaser in room gives hot water but have to wait 10 to 20 minutes. Blanket gives average warm. But if you are with friends no worries. Having great view from room 403 404. If you want view blindly select this hotel

Nice hotel to stay, good food. However very far from the main City. We asked the hotel to give heaters (temperature was 3 degrees) and they gave us some very small make-do heaters which barely worked. Luckily the hotel provided us quilts which kept us warm. The view from the restaurant is amazing (a big plus). Hotel staff is courteous. It's a 5 floor hotel. WiFi worked fine.

One of the best hotels in Darjeeling. I was bit concerned about facilities before I reached in my room. I experienced great stay there. They well equipped rooms, large beds, and great room service. Food is also great.

Very nice location. Nice view to maximum rooms. Food and cleanliness is good not best. Staff is a bit lazy in luggage carrying. View from Restaurant is awesome. Adding photos from my room.

We dropped in at Norling Retreat for lunch at the Restaurant. Chef Gautam prepared us a beautiful lunch for myself and my husband. We will stay here next time we are in Darjeeling. Beautiful restaurant, great staff and a beautiful view of the Himalayas.
