Tea, toy trains, temples and trekking galore – this Himalayan hill town has plenty to recommend it. There are manicured tea estates, and yet more wild and stunning scenery on offer those who hike into its forests and along its Himalayan trails.

It is so historical place. It is so wonderful to visit in evening. There are seats where you can relax. It is surrounded by narrow roads hence it will be a bit crowded. Has it is located near mall road you can do shopping. There are large variety of shops from hotel to parlours.

Darjeeling Clock Tower located in Darjeeling, an area that is steeped with British colonial history & historical past. The regular tour operators do now not provide such guided strolling excursions. Why? Because, no longer many locals have taken hobby in Darjeeling's background as maximum are immigrants from Nepal, Sikkim and Tibbet. The place is very good and seems very historic. A good place to roam around and enjoy the local food and vibe of Darjeeling.
