Amazing value for money. The staff is very friendly. They don't fuss about leaving your luggage longer or stuff like that. Breakfast is also very high quality. I can only recommend

Breakfast good, but shared rooms have bunk beds and a very small bathroom. Not suitable if have issue with stairs. Convenient for Botanique metro and tram networks. Receptionist gave directions to local eateries.

I stayed here for one night. You enter through a kind of a courtyard which is cosy and nice. At night, registration is in the bar on the left. The staff was super friendly. They went to great lengths to try to find a place for my bike, although in the end I just left it outside in the street. Apparently, there is a rack somewhere in an inner courtyard but it was blocked by other material and could not be used. They offered me to put it in a big room at ground level, but as the room was not locked, I preferd to lock my bike to a sign post in the street in the end. The hostel is equiped like a typical youth hostel but needs a bit of renovation. For instance, as rain was pouring down outside, there was quite a huge water inflitration in one of the corridors. I do think I saw some works ongoing so I guess they are trying to keep the building up.

Unclean room, no electricity in the morning, sheets were ripped and dirty and the room clearly had not been cleaned since the last visit. Worst hostel experience
