Even though the Sunday flea market that most of the tourists attention in this area, it should be worth checking out what is essentially one of the largest malls in Belgium. With over 130 shops and restaurants, combined with the lack of regular shopping malls in Brussels in general, it's possible to end up spending the entire day here just to remember what malls are like. The mall is usually closed on Sundays to let the flea market flourish but occasionally there are exceptions and these are updated on the mall website.

Westland is an old building, very easy build, nothing special. There are many better looking gallery, shopping malls. Considering the small surface and lack of attraction, the place wins with the parking which is a huge advantage if You want to make a fast shopping in the grocery store. Avoid to come on weekends because it’s too crowded.

One of these old malls that didn’t age well. Good for the neighborhood but zero international value. Messy. Decent size. Not well located. Good if you prefer shopping in uncrowded territory.

Most shops are poorly equiped, constantly being renovated, the shops keep changing. Good place to eat if you live nearby, otherwise the acces is really bad
