The worst place in Bruxelles!!!!!! We booked on Booking a room for 2 persons and they give us a room for 3 persons which was on the last floor and it was winter and very cold outside and veryyyyyyyyy colddddd inside because the heaters didn't work.We told them that the heat is not working, but they did not solve it .I don't recomand.

Great localization! Subway near. 15 minutes to Grand Place. Calm at night. Great bed. Nice staff!

First thing to be aware of is this hotel is in a very bad area. There are sex workers on each end of the street, the noise from the slamming of doors the screaming and shouting from the people outside and at 2 different occasions people outside pressing all the buzzers making the in room phones ringing did make us so concerned for our safety we did end up putting a chair up against the door. How it has a positive side I’m not sure however, the staff were extremely nice and couldn’t do enough for you when you got there and left and the room was very clean and generally really good facilities it’s such a shame about the location of the area. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again unless the area dramatically changed
