I went a couple of weeks ago for my sister's brithday. Really good price, and good features. As it was my sister's birthday i asked them to put a card for her, and they also included some free chocolates. If i have to say something bad i would say that it's a pity that breakfast is not included. And also, that the closest neighbourhoods seem quite dangerous. But not the place where the hotel is

Staff not very helpful. No heater in the room.. External heater was not working.. Bad smell in all rooms and bathroom.. Very small room.. Not at all value. For. Money.. Road from station to hotel doesn't feel very safe..

Outrageous!!!!! Even one star in this review is much to give!! me and my colleague paid 280 euros for one night (arranged by the company) and I never have been in such a rat hole! all was dirty of months without cleaning. The room and bathroom with spiderwebs and the floors extremely dirty! I have been even in hostels in far better conditions that this. Not to mention that the building itself have a humid - funny smell! On top of that the reservation of my colleague was wrong and they wanted to charge one day more!

This place is ok, of a bit bare bones. The neighborhood however is awful, feels very unsafe.

:( > While we understand that it's an old hotel, they could have done a better job in making sure it is clean and that it will actually smell clean. There's a smell the moment you enter the place. Bathroom is really dated and again, smells. Shower head was not working properly. Sink was clogged. They have like a small screen where you could tap an option to have the room cleaned and that wasn't working as well. No one's in the reception to complain so during our entire stay, our room was never cleaned, trash was never collected, towels weren't replaced and toiletries never replenished. :) > there's a laundry place two doors away.
