This older building has been renovated into a small oasis in the middle of an older, somewhat rundown and undesirable area. But, it's a great location, just a short walk from Grand Place (a tourist magnet). The rooms are nice. In room safe, and very nice bathrooms. A walk to central station will only take about 10-15 minutes, but travelers might feel insecure en route, especially with luggage in hand. Take a taxi instead. Friendly service, nice people, nice hotel, less nice surrounding area.

Nice hotel, good location and pleasant staff. Only negative was a funny smell coming from the bathroom and damp on the ceiling of the bathroom. Apart from that is was great

Handy for the Eurostar station and close enough to the city centre to walk. Clean and well equipped rooms though the safe should really be screened onto the wall! Friendly and helpful staff and a good range of food at breakfast.

Great place to stay. 10 mins walk from Midi station and 10 mins walk from Grand Place. Only serve breakfast but didnt matter - plenty of places to eat in the city and 24hr shop across the road. Have a lounge for drinks. Only got 2 teabags and milk cartons but always take my own. Did have a kettle which is getting rare these days. Our room was very close to reception (room 15) which did get a bit noisy so would request a room a bit further in hotel next time.

Friendly staff. I had flu when checking in earlier than ususal at the hotel. They offered me hot lemon tea, paracetamol and an early room. Only problem was that there is roadworks outside the hotel and I could not get needed sleep. All in all cosy athmosphere. Thanks.
