Grandiose!! Friendly staff from reception to concierge to breakfast service. Room very spacious, clean and lovely with a beautiful marble bathroom. Breakfast also wonderful with alot to choose from. Loved it here and can't wait to be back.

Great Hotel in central Brussels. The interior at the front entrance was very grand and spacious with a nice clean look. The rooms were very spacious and maybe should’ve been filled more as I found that there was just a area filled with carpet and nothing there. Beds were pretty comfortable but the one slight problem about the rooms was that it was quite hot in there compared to the lobby and other areas in the hotel. Breakfast was Pretty good but I expected a bit more. Two of the lifts were broken which was a downside as the elevator would be crowded at most times. Other than that great hotel.

I was expecting a more luxurious experience than I got, but I guess you could say I’m bickering on a high level here. It’s just the name and the expectation that comes with it. All in all the breakfast was okay and the staff really gave their all. The room was nice.

Actually I liked the hotel, it is probably one of the best hotels in the vicinity. You can still feel the old atmosphere. However, in my room I saw a door. Soon after figured out that it was a door to the next room and mine was not locked. I locked it, but did not test. On the text, it said: the door will be opened 10 centimeters if the door is locked. 10 cm for a private area is too much, I guess.

Filthy and disgusting. Do not go there. If I could I wouldn’t even give one star. Should be shut down. The cleaner emptied the bin from toilet on the dressing table!!!! Not sure who on earth would do that. But forgot to take all the Coca-Cola’s empty bottle. My aether got sick on food . It’s seriously bad and filthy. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
