The location is excellent and the room is not bad but not good either. Firstly they include continental breakfast? Believe me that is not continental breakfast! It is toasted bread, secondly they promised WIFI? How can you promise WIFI if it doesn’t work? Thank god I have go roaming in Europe, thirdly the TV doesn’t work at all. Fourthly we did have bit hot water for a whole day, I can carry on just writing down more but I am tired so just think carefully before you book a room in this hotel as I know is cheap and what to expect from a 1 star hotel anyway?

It is horrible, awful, disgusting...Hotel. Never recommend. The receptionist is very rude. After I slept one day my skin is itching please stay away from this hotel if you care about your health. Everything thing is dirty the sheets, towel, toilet, broken door. This is not hotel.

Good things: the location and the shower. Apart from that, I can Tell tou that the photos are false publicity. The place is ugly, is not properly clean, and is in very bad shape. The tv wasn't even working. I let you some real photos.

MY HONEST REVIEW: This indeed is a 2 star hotel...however if you are in for just a night you have the convenience of downtown BXL! The room served it's purpose the staff were very nice and accommodating. What I would suggest is their restaurant. I love Indian food so it served me well to have this as an evening meal...I chose the buffet and the dessert/ice cream was included in the meal price. My room was 4B...it was ok...need paint refreshed...deep clean/dusting, and damp/mold smell in bathroom removed...must leave keys at front desk if going out, keys returned upon reentry...definitely got what I paid for...and I was fine with it. If you have a flight leaving around 10AM...the local train to airport will be 9.10Euro Oneway from BXL Noord Station...train leaves as early as 05:24am...you can walk to station from this hotel. To wrap this up with a rewind...if I had a young family...I would caution families, disabled, and travelers with large bags etc...only because you need to make your way up the stairs to get to lobby desk...description stated no elevator... (caution stairs are steep!:o( Upon check out staff helped me with bags;o)--Thx! In essence, if your going on the cheap, you have extreme convenience if you take a decision to stay here.
