I was there in the summer of 2019. Stayed for four nights and the experience was pleasant. The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic elevator. My room has a balcony with good view. The location is perfect. One side is the museum island, the other side is Alexander plaza which has shopping tram and everything. I enjoyed the time to have a beer by the river and just watch people come and go

They were renovating the entrance and some parts so it was a bit noisy. My biggest let down was the air conditioner in the room. This is the second time I book a Radisson Blu room and the AC's control don't seem to work. The room is too warm, and turning the controls doesn't seem to change that. First time was in Poland, i had someone come and open the window for me. If you like to sleep in the cold, you may not enjoy your night. The staff were helpful though, very friendly. Breakfast from 7 till 10 (but on weekends and holidays, till 12). Check-in was at 3pm, a bit later than usual hotels, but checkout was at 12pm so kind of makes up for it. Generally very nice stay, would probably book again.

Wonderful hotel, but unfortunately they were under heavy renovation. The rate for the room was very cheap, but we were unaware of the constructions works that was currently taking place. I loved the internal patio with water and fishes, from previous visits so I hope they will recover it in totality.

Today I arrived but I was very disappointed. Very poor administrator services. There is nothing for additional parking charge when I have booked a room by Travel republic but they charged me 35 euros for the parking. I have spoken with the manager and made a complain and paid just 20 euros for parking. And the thing that was unacceptable was 50 euros for the room deposit. I had not enough money on my bank account. After that I and my friends stuck in the lift and 10 Minutes no one didn’t give us attention. one of My friends was claustrophobic. Definitely will not stay again in this hotel. The waste my time and the hotel is not values for money. How do you thing - is it safety for the clients to walk into the site?

I have to say the hotel at the time of my stay was not at its best due to on going renovations, that I was aware of before my stay. The room was very comfortable, a good size and clean. The rest of the hotel had a large part of it blocked off due to the on going work. When going to the bar in the evening or breakfast in the morning you have to negotiate a corridor and steps that is poorly lit with makeshift partions to the side. The first morning of my stay I was awoken at 7am by drilling taking place in the foyer 3 floors below, this was the only noise experience I encountered during my stay. When I checked out I did mention that I had been awoken on my first morning at 7am by drilling. The gentleman at the desk said this could not be correct because local rules do not allow any noise to be made before 9am. A lady checking out at the same time as me had also been awoken by the same noise and had made a recording which was time stamped. How good was that to be proven correct, many thanks to that lady. I can honestly say at the time of my stay I was very disappointed with my experience with this Radisson hotel and it was definitely not worth the €200 a night I paid I just wish I had gone to the Hilton hotel instead. I had chosen to stay at the Radisson due to the reward points I would get added to my account. I would not book here until the spring 2020 if I was booking here again, when the work should be finished. Very disappointed. (Hotel replied to my review I will definitely never return to this hotel never again).
