Novotel Brussels off Grand Place - Brussels    Share

It was one of my best stays. Our room was spotlessly clean, it was very spacious and had an excellent isolation. Mattresses was superb, couldn't be better. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable. And the breakfast had everything. Even if you like sweet or salty tastes there was everything you could ask. And of course waffles!!! The staff was great, from the housekeeping to the reception, everyone was ready to help with a smile. And one more thing, you can't beat the location!! So close to grand place, and so close to everything!! I would love to go back!

I was impressed with this property from check-in. I rolled in at 1 am after a late flight from Tokyo, but the receptionist was friendly, helpful and had amazing language skills. The room was on the 25th floor and I had a nice view of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and we'll equipped. The pool was beautiful for a 7am dip. I would also give the buffet breakfast high marks. A+

Located in a busy pedestrian area, the hotel bar and restaurant was very quiet. Had a drink from bar, not particularly comfortable or relaxing place to sit.

The facilities rooms and location were amazing. Special thanks to Sophie and reception team for making our stay pleasant!!!

Nice hotel, let down by an unmanned bar and a kitchen that we were told was closed, even though it says 24/7. We took this up with the reception after seeing people queue at the bar with no one around and the receptionist helped but was also confused and confirmed the bar should be open and the kitchen too, but after 9:30PM limited food menu. We were picking from the limited menu, two deserts that said 24/7? Another couple were also confused, as at the end of their meal they wanted a drink and to pay, again no one around at the bar. I had to step in and send them to reception. Not sure what is going on here? @Novatel
