Rather old hotel, but in a sense - not refurbished, but very friendly. It seems like that they don't want to spend money as nothing is falling apart. Even hair dryer is so old that it will take you around 20 min to dry your hair. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and explained where to go around the city.

Good price, no tv(broken) and the heater did not work. Needs improvement!

This hotel is very well located, just near the main shopping area of Bruxelles. The rooms are clean enough. Not big rooms, but enough for one star hotel. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. No breakfast included, but plenty of places to eat just near the hotel location. At the first floor is a nice lounge where you can chat with your friends. If booked early, the accomodation prices are reasonable. In conclusion, an excellent place to spen a few days in the heart of Bruxelles.
