This sumptuous 1886 grand café dazzles with polished brasswork and aproned waiters, yet prices aren't exorbitant and coiffured mesdames with small dogs still dilute the gaggles of tourists. The house speciality is a half-and-half mix of still and sparkling wines. Belgian, Bar, European. Approx cost for two people Rs 1,400.

The great eternal Belgian cafe, I see four generations in here all the time. Half and halfs are stuff of legend. Sometimes on a Saturday afternoon, after a few of them, the old ladies sitting at the back break into song. The best of Belgium

5 of us called in for a couple of drinks at 6pm. As expected it was extremely busy, but we were found a table. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. For a city centre bar/restaurant you can't do much better than to hang out at this historical place.

A beautiful place in Brussels with a very well preserved decoration. What you can get as food or drink in Le Cirio has nothing really surprising but the atmosphere is great. Certainly appropriate for a cafe in the middle of the afternoon if you are in the neighborhood.

Just a special place, a real historic gem. A must visit when in Brussels. A great place to relax drink Belgium beer. Food excellent
