Way overrated for no reason
The place features a one page menu of mostly classic French dishes. You can either order a la carte or have a 3 course meal for EUR 36. However, the execution is just not there. Seared foie gras was too mushy and lost its elegance under overpowering banana. Risotto was way overcooked. Duck breast came with an inch of fat on it and was too greasy and tough; almost no side other than 4-5 gnocchi. Overall very mediocre.
The place is tiny and oddly set so that the front door opens just inches away from the first table. There is also no lobby so people walking in are just confused and crowd the door, keeping it wide open. In December this was very unpleasant as a few dozen people walked in and out during our meal, making the place cold and uncomfortable. The manager - server - front house was quick and unwelcoming dismissing everyone with no reservations - at this point why don't you just put a sign outside to reduce the in and out traffic?
