I have never slept in a hotel as noisy as the victory.Nothing is isolated! Neither the doors nor the floor !!!The manager is filthy and responds badly when you ask them to fix something in the room.It was a nightmare, even the maids don't speak French, Dutch nor English. I asked for a breakfast at 11:30 that I wanted to pay, because I was coming from a long journey but the manager laughed at my request and refused.What a rotten and disappointing welcome!

Very poor services. Noisy. Staff not helpful at all. Worst stay! The light in the bathroom were out for days without any help from the staff.

There is something totally wrong with the pricing and the rating of this hotel. The rooms do not have even soap, let's not mention shampoo or hairdryer or any other simple things, that could be included in the ridiculously high price for the room. The only good side is the restaurant of the hotel
