Small but fairly modern room, bedsheets feet clean and bathroom looked clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Walls are thin and door does not reduce any noise from the corridor and there are also outside noise including a few airoplanes in the morning. -but it was not to bad during the night. Walk-in price is about six times higher then booking via the online booking service I used. Had I paid the walk-in price, then I would have been disappointed, it's so high that it almost feels like a scam?... Bathroom, found an electrical outlet when I stuck my hand in there to turn the lights on...

1. The hotel created many troubles to me. They have stolen my time. At the moment, I am very busy. Especially, they charged my personal credit card while I already provided them with the credit card authorisation of my company. 2. They often do not reply email or very late response or only response after my call of reminder 3. The staff were very rude and not supportive. Every time I explained, they never understood at the beginning. When I tried to explain clearer via phone by saying a bit louder, the receptionists said “If you shout like that, I will stop the conversation!”. I wonder who is the client and who is the service provider in this case?! In my opinion, this rude behaviour is completely unacceptable! 4. One of my guests came and they said her room was cancelled eventhough I paid the full amount. And later they found out it was a mistake.

Good location, quiet. Breakfast was good. The only negative point is the lack of air conditioning. Too hot for summer. Busy street, so opening the window at night to refresh the air is not an option.

Cost is a little high as per the accommodation station. Location wise it's awesome.

Do NOT go there. Very noisy at night. Staff arrogant. Area around the hotel full of Turks, muslims, migrants.
