Very small rooms but OK. Very noisy from street all night. Well situated. We left feeling very unhappy because they charged us upfront for breakfast but refused to reimburse for two days when they were unable to provide breakfast due to a large group in the breakfast room.

To be honest, I have not stayed at this hotel. I recently found out, however, that this hotel treated a cleaning lady who had been in service for 11 years very very badly when her husband died in a traffic accident. Her doctor gave her 5 days off. The hotel responded that she was not ill and wasn't happy about her absence. When she wanted 5 extra days off to go bury her husband in his home country, they denied this request. She was forced to give her resignation. This woman had just given birth and lost her husband. I read a lot of positive reviews about the hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel. Now you know how people who have been cleaning this hotel for 11 years are treated. Very shameful.

Amazing location, clean, fine rooms and nice staff on the 24/7 reception desk. It's not a 5 star hotel, but for the price and what we needed it was lovely. No frills, room in the tourist heart of old-town Brussels, about 8 minutes from central station which has regular links to the airport and rest of the continent, and 3 minutes from the central Square and arcade. Restaurants and bars right outside, ideal. Don't bring a car to Brussels, it's heavily pedestrianised, and the parking is limited.

After finding my booked hotel locked just past midnight, I found this gem, reception was very good and welcoming, a basic room was very clean, nicely carperted and decorated, welcoming hallways and a lift, road and street noise to be expected as very central

Very narrow hallways, toilets clog very often. The hotel is in very bad shape alltogether. Price is very highs because the hotel is located in the centre. The staff in sot very nice and could barely speak English. Would not stay there again.
