That was a perfect hotel experience! Very helpful and friendly staff, extremely polite. The bed was big and comfortable, pillows are of 3 or 4 different sizes - that's very nice! Tasty breakfast with various gluten free and lactose free options. The restaurant is on the rooftop also has a terrace, so we enjoyed calm morning Brussels to the fullest. Thank you!

Very Clean -very welcoming hotel -rooms are spacious with a separate bath and shower! Welcoming fizz and cake on arrival! Breakfast is superb -caters for all from vegan to gluten free -to meat monsters! Good location too! Easy to recommend here!

The hotel location is fantastic, you have everything around you. Many fine restaurants. The staff in the hotel is generous and welcome. In the room is comfortable and clean. The colour, the air conditioner, and the bed are nice and soft.

Everything was just perfect...again! The room, the comfortable bed, the amazing breakfast with the stunning view and of course the friendliness and professionalism of everyone working there. Kudos to the GM and his staff! I am looking forward to my next stay with you!

Attention was incredible, people in the hotel were beyond friendly!! The breakfast maybe the best moment of the day, an incredible pick and a great view of Brussels. Must add that Jonathan took incredible care of our stay, that is what I love about NH! Definetely 10/10
