NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg offers an ideal location in the historical and commercial center of Brussels. The famous Grand Place and the Central Station, with local and international lines, are within a five-minute walk from our hotel. We can host everything from meetings to private parties. We have a large meeting room with space for 100. This can be separated into 2 smaller rooms for 40 or 60 guests. We also have a small boardroom. All rooms come with natural daylight, and we can organize all the finer details, from catering to equipment. We also offer parking. Our contemporary rooms sport chocolate brown and beige color schemes and sleek wooden floors. As well as Standard Rooms, we offer larger Superior Rooms and Junior Suites. The latter can take an extra bed, ideal for families. Another option is our Superior New Style Rooms, which were refurbished in 2014. These bright, spacious rooms feature light-wood furniture and parquet flooring.

Welcoming staff on reception very helpful and polite.The room we had was quite and comfortable,tea and coffee provided.Wasn't worried to much about the view. Breakfast was continental plenty of variety. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and have enjoyed doing so. Bags can be allowed to be left at reception arriving or leaving. Also requested a later departure from room which was allowed. Altogether a pleasant two nights stay Thank you

Excellent location! Very comfortable double bed. The bath tub was big enough for two. Very nice staff! I,d definitely stay here again!

I am staying here right now and I have to say, this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First room shabby and I could literally hear every single word the neighbours were saying on both sides. Acted quickly and asked to change rooms. The lady at reception was helpful and I really do feel sorry for her (none of this is her fault). I changed rooms to a room which seemed quieter. Then I looked in the bathroom and was horrified. There was mould and HAIR, locks and locks of hair everywhere. If you, dear hotel manager/owner, would like to see the footage I have on my phone of that horrific bathroom you deem acceptable, I will happily share with you, but from reading other reviews, I think you are well aware of the situation. I called reception again, and they said they couldn't do anything about that. I will not be showering, which is problematic, when you are on a business trip and in a 4 star hotel.

Dear Quality team, you have a problem here. I have been staying at this hotel for many years and the quality is definitely dropping. The old rooms are tired and need updating. The new style rooms are much better. However, you have a problem with the hot water. On my last 2 visits it has been too cold to shower. I don’t pay the rates you charge to not be able to shower. You must be aware that there is a legal requirement on water .... please can you do something as this is a great location with friendly staff.

I had a pleasant stay. This hotel is conveniently located to the Grand Place, the red bus tour stop, and lots of restaurants. Anna provided polite, helpful customer service, and I’ve heard her speaking at least three languages. I would recommend this hotel.
