Very unfriendly man at the reception. He told us we should do the houscleaning if we wanted to go to the toilet. A friendly 'no' was enough for us.

It's convenient to walk around the centre of Brussels from this hotel. If you buy chocolate next to the hotel, you can get 10% discount.

Close to everything! Easy to get to from the train and a wonderful central location. The rooms were clean and well kept. Had a lovely terrace to enjoy the evening or morning or afternoon - whatever your fancy. Good breakfast options and excellent staff! This was great value for being so close to the heart of everything. I would suggest to anyone! There is even a chocolate shoppe attached - where you can sample and watch chocolates being made. So many options for shopping, food, whatever your heart fancies! Thank you NH for a wonderful stay!
