The location is perfect! The decorations are very nice but it is not clean, very small rooms. Workers were really kind but the owner was not!

This hotel is like a museum. Unfortunately the rooms are very small and uncomfortable with no amenities. Not even a bar of soap. It has an excellent location And lobby area is impressive. Anyone with any walking problems to not stay here. There are steps everywhere. Most of the rooms had steps with the bathroom upstairs. I could not get the dryer or the television to work.

Interesting, exotic place in the heart of Brussels. The rooms are small and the breakfast includes just a few things, but the prices are good. You can see people from all over the world, including many migrants in and around the place, but still our stay was safe.

Concierge was very helpful and gave us rooms right by the lift, as my husband requires a wheelchair. Breakfast was already set up on individual tables, with friendly staff assisting. The Decor was a feast for the eyes with lovely nooks and crannies everywhere. Be prepared for lots of exercise on the narrow stairwells down to the breakfast room. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in this lovely period building. The only thing that needs upgrading are the mattresses - they were not comfortable at all.
