Not so bad small hotel very close to Brussels midi station. Rather quiet. Friendly personnel, good breakfast. NOT for families as a very special so called 'sauna' is next door... just for inexpensive staying for some days in the "capital of Europe".

After a long day of travelling, I was so happy to relax in the cozy bed in our hotel room, and the room was pitch black with zero noise at night, so it was perfect for recovering from my trip. Check in was fast and friendly, the room was super clean, and I'd definitely both recommend this place and I'd go back if I'm ever in Brussels again.

Worst customer service ever. I have booked a room in this hotel over a month ago, then one day they return my money. I emailed them to check why the money was returned and no one ever got back to me. So i booked a different hotel. Then the day of the booking they email me saying we are taking your money because you didn't show up. Very unprofessional service. They didn't reply to me on purpose so that they'd take my money.

Cheap and good rooms in a good location.

Very nice and modern rooms, they were comfortable and spacious. The only drawback I had was that the noise from other rooms seems to pass right through the floors, as in you can hear the room above you.
