There was filming when I arrived so I was a little confused about how to enter. Hotel requires a guarantee of 50 euro cash or 50 euro per night via cc... check in was fairly easy and the rooms were as stated on site. Location of hotel is great, especially if you like shopping. Breakfast was decent, nothing too special... after checkout the concierge called a taxi for me. Overall stay was good

It isn't a five star hotel. It was clean in very good location, big room, very good breakfast but it was a little bit cold, in first floor, didn't have slippers and my credit card was pledged a quota 50€ as a guarantee for the minibar. Next time I will go to a hotel near Louise Square.

Central, elegant, steeped in tradition and a landmark for Brussels centre access. Room, service, staff and cuisine very good. Finding parking the only hindrance- Choose the public Mall parking opposite( it's safe and cheaper than the Hotels.)

My stay in this hotel was wonderful! Firstly; the rooms and the overall decor of the place was wonderful. It was very aesthetic and felt very homey. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous especially during Christmas. The rooms were big and nice as well. Secondly, the staff were accommodating and friendly. Their work staff especially the housekeeping and those on duty were absolutely nice! They helped us with everything! Thirdly, the location was really good! It’s 10 minutes away from the Nord Central Station and right across the Rue Neuve (famous shopping street with stores such as Zara and H&M). More so, it is in a quiet street so the noise isn’t that loud. Although, the rooms lights went out more than once due to electrical problems and it took us long to check in because the room wasn’t ready. Overall 4 stars! Would come back!

Beautiful hotel old school decor but very clean and with a modern uplift. Obviously a favourite of the glitterati due to the heavy security last night and this morning after an event in the hotel last night. Would come back and highly recommend for leisure or business trips
