For me it is the best Ibis hotel I have ever stayed. It is perfectly located in the heart of Brussels- really walking distance to iconic or Brussels landmarks and Brussels central station. I love the lobby and room design and interior. Friendly and resourceful staff. Surely, I will stay there again when I visit Brussels.

Ideal location next to Central Station and Grand Place. Quieter than you might expect (undisturbed sleep!), perhaps depending on season for tourists in the square. Good breakfast and nice bar to relax for a final drink!

The location is perfect if you want to visit Brussels, the stores are around the hotel, it is about 5 minutes by walk to reach the Grand Place, about 10 minutes for the Manneken Pis and it is next to the station (about 5 minutes). The staff is very cool and arranging because our room wasn't available so they gave us a free breakfast and they canceled the taxes of our reservation, thanks! The room is good, the bed is comfortable, that was what we choose.

The staff were very kind. The location is perfect. The room was clean and big enough. The checking-in and checking-out was very fast. I had a special request at the arrival and the staff were absolutely open to it and flexible. Next time we are going to stay in this hotel also. Highly recommend!

Good hotel with a good central location. Comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of foods available.
