Horrible service. We came for a lunch with our children, and were told to leave because children could not drink water from their bottles!!!! We were told to order a bottled water for our kids who cannot even drink from a glass.... never saw such indecency

Not very friendly staff. After being 15 minutes in the room there was a power outage which took hours before they were able to solve it.

good for short stay. bus stop is near, and metro 'Simonis' (direct line to Atomium and 'The Little Europe') is not too far from the hotel. actually room needs renovation.
