Loved it. We had a gorgeous view of the city and Grand Place (highly recommend getting a room with a city view), and that changed our whole experience of Brussels. Perfect location, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful top floor where you can have breakfast while seeing a 360 view.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed. Very friendly staff that know quite a few languages, and the room was very clean. The beds slept great.

Fantastic hotel with lovely views from the breakfast room across Brussels. Downside in the lift. It has its ups and downs... Literally.

The best thing about my stay was the room! The size was great; they leave bathrobes for you at the foot of the bed. They mention slippers as well but none were found. The only issue I had with the room layout was in the bathroom. The toilet is located right behind the door and if you have the mat down for the shower, the door cannot open without disturbing it. It would make a million times more sense to change the door into a sliding door or even a hanging door. Also, the vent in the bathroom rattles and makes this annoying noise that will not go away. I wanted to have the vent off but could not without turning off the light. Hope they fix that.

This hotel was great. It was clean and accommodating, and we enjoyed the breakfast.
