As someone who lived in Brussels for 20 years and having had to stay here last minute, it was quite good for the pricing (though if I read some people took reservations for 20 euro, stay well clear, countless better ones). However, DO keep in mind that this area is one of the worst in Brussels together with place Bara etc., so if you venture out during the night, don't be surprised by crackheads either asking for your money or trying to take it by force, etc.

Words cannot describe what this hotel is like and I have seen it all. Total crack house, not a hotel. The bed had wet food stains on the pillow cases. Still wet. We slept dressed and ran for the hills in the morning. The staff was very nice and accommodating though. cleay this run down place is not their fault. You are better off in $20 hostel. Seriously.

This place is nothing spectacular, but it got the job done at a good price. If you're looking for a luxurious experience I would splurge or something nicer, but this worked at a place to crash. It was easily walkable to everything we wants to see!

We got a 4 bed room for 3 people. Room was an okay size to fit 4 beds in but not much else. Bathroom is a bit small as well but work able. It is walkable to the center as well. In the night the area can seem a bit shady. Over all it was okay. Nothing horrible, nothing special.

The room was clean and the staff nice. But my room smelled like an ashtray. After trying to get some fresh air into the room, I when to the lobby. They said they couldn’t give me another room. So I asked for a discount. Which they said they would consider at checkout. And they refused to give me a discount at the checkout. If it wasn’t for that I would have given four stars maybe even five. But come on guys. This is business 101. You don’t meet the clients expectation, you make amends.
