I stayed here for one night. Room was nice, comfortable and recently remodeled. Also, located in a very nice area! However, reception had very limited hours and they forgot toilet paper in the room, which was a bit annoying and the reception was closed so I had to make do without! Also, be careful, the stairs were very steep. It was difficult to get to the room while carrying a small suitcase and you have to be somewhat fit to climb them. It’s also dangerous if you have a large and/or heavy bag.

Modest but pretty nice, modern hotel set above a flea market complex. A quick walk from the train station, Grand Plaza, and many nearby attractions. Stairs. Lots of stairs. There is an elevator, but one must climb a couple dozen stairs to get to it. Top floor offers great view of the area. A well placed hotel with very helpful staff. Exterior noise (beyond the hotel's control) was the only disadvantage, hence the four stars

Literally disgusting. We had short male hair all over our sheets, they lost our suitcases for 7+ hours and the room was filthy (the bathroom and kettle specifically). Never gonna go there again.

stairs were terrible, else were good. i have forget my power bank in Hotel Agora Brussels Grand Place, mention my name and they will give it to you :)
