I personally like the ambience and front desk support. It is strategically located and the famous grand place walkable distance. The dorms are clean and spacious. The kitchen facilities are moderate though they serve very good complimentary breakfast in the morning.

You get what you pay for and never more in this common "corporation" hostel - The overall look of the hostel and the room was great. - The breakfast was great. The diversity and the taste of everything offered is good for hostel standards. - The room is spacious enough and comfortable. - The common room is nice. - The value for money is very decent. - The elevators should be fixed. - The room could use some small additions, it has barely the bare minimum of what a room like that needs. - The plugs are limited so you don't spend too much electricity (I'm assuming that's the real reason and not the overall green vibe the place has). - The pressure of the water in the bathtub is ridiculously low (again, saving on water most likely). - The staff in the dining room rarely does reffils so you often can't get most of what's offered for breakfast.

The hostel rooms are very good, well maintained. The staff are very polite and helpful. The main problem with this hostel is the neighborhood it is in. The neighborhood is a very creepy and dangerous place at night. Be extra careful if you want to roam around the neighborhood.

I chose this hostel for my one night trip to Brussels, I chose it because it had many cool references and it seemed to be one really good option... I was unlucky to miss my flight and so further arrived late, like at 23.30... this meant to me I had to wait like 30 min for the check-in :P the guy that told me "sorry sir you have to wait" was pretty nice and I would have loved he had made my check-in... The girl on the reception was really unhelpful... There were people waiting at the reception and she only was saying "I'm done, wait for my colleague" She didn't have this Hotellerie Feeling The guy in the night was nice and attentive but way too direct to say some things, anyways nice he spoke Spanish to me :D After all, nice place, cozy bar, rooms are okay and breakfast ok So performance price/quality
