I am a very frequent traveler and found this Hilton to be a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it for business or pleasure. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable with fridge and kettle and nicely stocked. Great location a quick walk from train station and next to Botanical gardens, perfect for afternoon stroll. Breakfast was good and included gluten free options. Best of all, front desk staff were extraordinary. I needed to find a doctor for my son and they quickly arranged a doctor to come see him at the hotel and then found us an open pharmacy all on a bank holiday weekend. Really went out of their way to help and were very kind. I will be back.

Nice hotel near the central station of Brussels that you can reach by walking. From The hotel you can arrive also to The historical center by bus. The room are clean and modern. The personal is professional and kind. The breakfast is good quite rich and you can enjoy it.

The lounge was exceptional. Service was superb. I remember being served by Ethan and he was friendly and dinner recommendation was splendid. To give 4 star rating was my first thought but I take it back.

Massive construction wiped out the lobby, business center, and restaurant. Rooms had just been renovated with no one yet staying in then, and it showed. For example, my shower didn't work. I would have appreciated a warning that the hotel would be essentially inoperable.

No Lobby! Small and old fashioned room , not enough chairs in the room (only one for two persons). Narrow corridors, difficult to go with the luggage to the lifts, there are many stairs. The breakfast is good enough. 10 minutes walk to the central square.
