Beautiful hotel with good location. Peaceful and had no noise issues from construction site next door. Rooms are modern and tidy, everything was working good, also a/c. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, also the pillows. Had a good night's sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful, we felt welcome there and valued as customers. Breaksfast was a bit downside due to the warm food was more on the cool side, but the staffs efforts to find suitable products for a gluten free person made a really good impression on me! Definitely will book again here if coming to Brussels!

although location is good, but the following went wrong: . gave us the wrong room, I paid for a more expensive one . A/C is not working . Could not sleep at nigh from heat . weird ticking noise. .mini bar was not working . and pillows are terrible. you can be lucky and everything works with you but it didn't for me. potential is there, but I had my worst night ever. I hope they improve.

A/C was not working. Although they said they were not aware of that, just have look at the reviews, it seems like a recurrent issue. Do not book here for an important night or if it's hot outside (and inside then...).
