I’ve been there many times when I was in Brussels. You can just keep eating the perfect mussels! It looks very big ( serving with big portions) but actually when you start eating them, you’ll feel just perfect. Taste is not too heavy but very deep tasty soup from the mussels. Lively atmosphere and professional staffs. The best restaurant if you want to eat mussels in Brussels!!

The place is huge. Very touristic but not one of the bad tourist traps. Not a cheap place. Went there around 6pm without a reservation and found a table for two immediately. Ordered a pot of Brussels mussels for two. Comes with fries and bread. The waitress had a “are you poor, why only one!?” attitude but didn’t say anything. Since this is first time eating Brussels style mussels I don’t know if it’s the best but it tasted good. 1 pot is 800 gr but it’s mostly shell and sauce. As a main dish it’s not enough for two people. If you just want to try it like us then it’s more than enough.

Recommended by a local guy. The place is huge. They state they have like 400 sitting places. So there is quite always a small waiting line. The waiting time is surely worth it. All food is quite tasty and very local. The service is super quick and very polite. Wide choice of everything. Strongly recommended. Will do my best to return soon!

The food was very nice. Great portion and taste. However the service was quite poor. Although I understand that since the place is just too big and there’s so many ppl but it just took forever to order/serve/pay .. I feel like more servers are needed But the food was really great

A famous institution in the Brussels food scene. Not to be missed. Yes, it’s quite touristy but it never disappoints. The food is lovely - go for all the mussels you can have. They are delicious. Staff is good for Belgium standards. (They smile every once is a while.) For desert please try the Brussels waffle with ice cream and chantilly. It’s so, so good.
