Nice rooms but small, staff is good except a waitress, a woman with short black hair, who was very very rude and insulting to a your group staying there. If tour groups are not welcomed or they are going to be mistreated, just don't let them stay at all. This waitress was extremely rude with all of us in the group, worst of all she was a latina as we were, felt discriminated!

good location the route 92 of the train passes to a cslke from there and you go directly to the center of brussels; also the service of the very friendly staff
