So much craftsmanship packed into one building! Brussels town hall is the only remaining medieval building in the Grand Place, and its absolute splendour has been coined Brabantine Gothic. While the building has gone through various changes since it was completed in 1420, you can’t help but wonder what it must have been like for a mere mortal peasant to glaze up at these glorious statues.
