Only stayed for one day, but it was great for us. The room was clean and a good size, with a comfortable bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful with any requests. The location was very convenient for us. Only two stops from the main train station on the no. 3 or 4 tram, and you could easily walk into the main part of the old town and shopping district. Would happily stay here again.

I stayed with two friends. My friends got rooms at the fifth floor which was renovated whereas I got on the sixth floor. The renovated rooms are the ones depicted on the hotel pictures. The non renovated rooms are a time capsule to the 1980’s. The price is the same whereas the non renovated comes with an additional bonus of being woken up in the morning since they are renovating more rooms.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the Central station and 3 minutes walk from the the Grand Place. The room was big with a balcony and a spacious toilet/bath. Our stay was really comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The only annoying thing that we faced was the rush at breakfast due to large group bookings during the weekend. Overall, a clean - comfy place to stay at the center of Brussels.

Great locale, nice rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff. An electric kettle should be added in rooms, otherwise all good!

Hotel room lacked a functioning A/C control. The shower was treacherous; the floor is slippery due to the door being half way and the height of the tub, the water temperature is highly temperamental (be burned or freeze to death). The staff was friendly and stored our bags. The public places are great, clean, and spacious. The WiFi did not function about half the time. The bathroom floors were heated! You could hear other guests through the paper thin walls.
