This is horrible. generally all hotels give an early check in . I landed at Bangkok at 4am. reached the hotel at 9.30 and requested for an hour or 2 early check in since the check ins in Bangkok are unusually late. however, they made no accommodation on the same though I saw many people submit keys . I met couples n people in other hotels who have been given an early check in with an adjustment of 2 hours if not more . such a pathetic experience. my legs and back have been hurting like crazy since I have sciatica. I will never ever book from make my trip or this hotel ever. its 10 hours ever since I landed with no sleep , no place to rest. my entire day is wasted.. Extremely strict with Indians as if we have come to stay for free.. I m extremely sick while I write this review..

Very comfortable bed but the room is small and not sound proof. I could hear everything happening around. 2 rooms had a door in between and their voices were also clear. You could easily get ramada etc for the same price with bigger rooms. Also no soap

Pros are budget/price is good, good for singles who want to enjoy the night life, cons not suitable for families, close to famous Nana plaza which is notorious, same menu in breakfast, staff adamant for check out timing not even relaxing for half an hour. Claims to be ³star not even 2star property. Very basic room with basic facilities. Avoid if you staying with family recommended only for singles with budget option. Swimming pool and photos are misleading.

Very good service and breakfast one issue is small room Can't keep luggage near Indian bawarchi restaurant is available.

Hospitality of all staff very poor, not even smile of anyone face. Very difficult to understand English by any staff. Tea kit and Toilet top up kit also given on accountable. Charge forcefully of Cold rink cane cost white we have not taken this. Staff cheater. Cleaning is ok, Location ok.
