We had such a great meal here where they have been using the same broth for over 40 year's to make beef noodle soup. We also got the goat stew in Chinese herbs which was also recommended. The beef noodle soup came in such a well flavoured broth that had an amazing herbal taste to it. You could taste that it was healthy and nutritious and I feel that helped make the meat very tender. There were large chunks of beef in the broth as well as other parts such as tripe and tendons which mixed all together with the noodles made for an amazing bowl of beef noodles. The stewed goat we got was also another good dish which came with huge chunks of meat and a well flavoured brotha. The broth was a little fattier than the beef which added good flavour and there were other parts of the goat in the stew. I really enjoyed this soup but would have to say that the beef noodles were my favourite.

Spare some time to wait if you want to dine in at lunch time. There are quite a number of delivery guys waiting for orders during peak hours. Beef is as good as it should. You won't regret. You can choose to cook at the table just like hot pot if you wish. I still prefer traditional beef noodle which is already good enough.

This is what happens when something gets hyped up so much that your expectations become underwhelmed by reality. Getting here was easy enough.... By Grab. It's hot and stuffy... Which is fine because usually good street food gets ruined by air condition right? The wok and the crust surrounding the burner is a sight to behold. IG worthy photo? Check. Bucket list. Check. The bowl of piping hot Thai beef noodles arrive, looking nondescript. The verdict,... It's good.. But I was hoping for mind blowing flavours. Something to make me go wow! Its also more expensive than a bowl at Terminal 21 food court and honestly, I don't feel its worth travelling all the way just for the food. As a first time visitor, I gave it one more star just for the novelty factor, the history behind the wok and the photo to brag that I was here... And of course the food was good. It just wasn't great.

The soup is really good, beef noodles very delicious. The day we went unfortunately there’s no electricity so the fans were not on. It was really hot weather for us. But the beef noodles soup and lamb soup is worth going for! Highly recommended if you’re at Ekkamai Big C area.

We showed up at 3.45pm and they were closing even though it says there open until 7.30pm... It turns out they are not capable of telling the time after 45 years of being open! After travelling for an hour in traffic to get there. I then show them the time which is 3.45pm!!!! They just laugh at me and close the door. I heavily recommend you invest your money and time in buying a clock to start learning ironically how to tell the time after 45 years of apparent bussiness!
