A place of outstanding beauty and peace. All the staff that help the monks are such wonderfully warm people and so generous with their time. I had the great fortune of meeting the head monk of the temple who is the most wonderful man you could hope to meet. The main spire is breathtaking and it’s worth going up to see the view. All around it is a walkway covered with millions of tiny handmade skulls that represent the lives lost in Cambodia due to war and dictatorship. It’s both chilling and deeply emotional. One of the nicest temples to visit in Bangkok and not on the main tourist map, so you have plenty of time and space for quiet reflection.

There is a pond full of turtles in this temple. You can buy turtle food at the stall and give it to turtles. It has 2 kinds of turtle food; 1. Sliced Meat ball : young & small to medium turtles will surely love it. 2 Ripe Papaya : big turtles (especially the white one) will love you. I think this is a place you can relax and heal yourselves.

A Buddhist temple on the foot of the Memorial Bridge gives any visitors a delightful surprise when its pagoda is illuminated in the evening. A turtle pond with man-made miniature rustling waterfall surrounded with moist green leafy garden and rocks is like a restful sanctuary.

Tourists don't know about this temple, which is probably a good thing. A peaceful place to visit and offers some unique features you won't find at more traditional Thai temples.

The must visit place in entire Thailand tour. I would say that if you have not seen this temple, your thailand trip is incomplete. The most exciting part was to feed turtles. The food for turtles was available at the regular thai rates. (Not as per the tourist rates). We got a full box of Banana for only 20 bahts.
