If you're in park view room, ear plug is essential!!! So what a big troublesome that motorcycle sound!!!! I think park view room charge must be cheaper than city view room. It's opposite now. 전차소리 .오토바이소리 밤새 넘넘 시끄럽네요. 절대 대로변 방은 하지마세요. breakfast restaurant crew is very unkind and there are so noisy family...it' s terrible. I'll never choice this hotel brand again whenever go to any other city. I wouldn't write her name in this review, but today morning experience is very very discomfort.

Simply stunning. A true 5 star hotel. The staff, the rooms, the amenities, location. Everything is exceptional with this property. I truly enjoyed my stay. A special thanks to the pool guys who were very friendly and attentive. The bar staff in the sky lounge were just as friendly and professional. Thank you all. Looking forward to my next stay already!

This is no doubt a 5 star hotel. Where this hotel excels is their commitment to service at all times anywhere within the property. At times, the service is personalized to cater to your specific needs without asking. The care provided makes the stay truly memorable. A special shout out to Rose and Oskana at reception who continually went above and beyond. Pros: location, service, breakfast, beautiful rooms Cons: pool is obstructed, expect to pay 5 star prices (which is pricey for Thailand), Hotel occupies lower floors so don't expect a spectacular view

I was there for a drink for my birthday at 'The Loft'. They gave me a complimentary cake which tastes amazing. I like the atmosphere there. I also like the privacy in the place. This place makes me feel comfortable and relax.

It's a 6 stars hotel, so I'm gonna be strict. The carpet looks dirty, I mean DIRTY. It should has a door at the shower stall. The cold air kept blowing in when showering. Gotta say the breakfast is amazing. Gym is small, but nice n clean. Water n towel, wet tissue all ready . Yoga mats need to be renewed. Totally, pleasant stay here.
