It's a wonderful place to stay. Love the buffet breakfast. Also they add a personal touch by leaving a note to.know you are taken care of. Hood place to stay. Walking distance from the Metro station too for the adventurous ones. Beautiful view of the city as well.

Absolutely breathtaking hotel. Wonderful amenities, the housekeeper was very attentive (she left us a note saying that she noticed we drink a lot of water, so she put extra in the fridge for us). Very clean, the whole hotel smelled amazing, and the views were beautiful. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I return to Bangkok.

Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok in standard W Hotel style. Rooms are spacious and the staff have been consistently at a high level over multiple stays. Breakfast selection is great with a nice variety of western and Asian as well as healthier options as well. Fitness area is well maintained though not the best selection of equipment at this level of hotel. There are three other close by gyms however they are very expense for casual visits (approx 30 USD). Spa is excellent though you do pay standard hotel prices which I think is fine.

The rooms are Chic and vibrant. I liked the way the rooms were illuminated. Lots of malls and other site seeing places within a minutes drive. When we arrived the rooms were clean and the sheets were fresh and cozy. They have very good kitchen. Hotel has good amenities and I liked their annexe building which had a old charm you can spend a quite evening in the annexe building which houses a restaurant which serves English tea in the evening. Overall a great hotel to stay while in Bangkok

Staff was simplify perfect. They helped us with any of our needs. The room was very spacious. Would have liked to stay longer. The gym and pool were great too. The gym even had a punching bag. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. I’m looking forward to staying there again.
