Strategic location in ratchada area. Very easy to find and good for small group meeting place. Ample parking spaces available most of the time and not too congested.

Nice little mall in rachada, have a few fast food joints, coffee places, a food court floor, spent time reading on the balcony area in the 3rd floor.

The smell of thinner or wet paint or floor polish enough to wake you up early morning.... headache so avoid early mornings only open 24 hours mainly because of foodland, some restaurants also open 24 hours. Neber been a successful shopping mall, retail mix very, very poor
