This is a solid 3 start hotel. It’s intimate, very close to malls and shopping, i was on the 6th floor very quiet. They can clean better in the toilet room and shower! My problem is there was NO hot water my entire stay! I complained, nothing! I called Agoda and nothing! They don’t want to help me with the problem, i was forced to take cold showers. Last night they moved my room to the 5th floor, still no hot water. I was forced to checkout at 4:30am. Very disappointing, I have never experienced this at an establishment. Handcraft smoothies down stairs are very good!

Although it a short trip over the weekend, the location is fantastic. The staff Bannasorn is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for his help to make our stay so pleasant. Highly recommended. Thumbs up!

Friendly staff. Spartan but clean rooms. Centrally located within minutes walking distances to the malls and street markets.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice breakfast and salad bar! Outside hotel have one 7/11 store!
