Fantastic food, magnificent service. I would highly recommend a leisurely brunch here. We've done Sunday brunches in various hotels around the city, but this was our first time at Okura. The staff are incredible, and the manager, Pinyaphat, really made us feel welcomed. The seafood is outstanding and the views are spectacular. Everything was great. We will come back, for sure.

Most beautiful hotel and best service I’ve ever had ! The fitness center is beautiful, the infinity pool, the whole hotel is just stunning. The buffet breakfast was out of this world. Thank you to the staff for your great service! If I ever return to Bangkok I hope to stay here again!

Excellent Japanese inspired hotel. Great clean room, staff is very professional, polite and helpful. It also houses a Michelin starred Japanese restaurant and it serves complimentary breakfast for guests that opted for breakfast included package. This is the unique part of the hotel. Also, the toilet bowl is most definitely Japan because its seat is heated and automatic bidet. Overall, highly recommended!

Our stay was just magical ! Everything in this hotel was simply perfect : the service, all the staff speaks a fluent English , they are taking care of every single details to make you feel the most comfortable ever. The Japanese restaurant is delicious , finest and with a stunning view . We will definitely come back on our way back from the islands and on our next trip to Bangkok. The neighborhood is according to us , the best in Bangkok , 15 min in taxi from the “center” and only one metro station away, but it’s so pleasant to come back to this clean and luxurious part of the city when you have dinner in Sukhumvit or on those Main Streets. We had the occasion to visit others hotels ; none of them equals the quality of this one !

Appreciate the service as staff saw my birthday date although just pass a day ago, at the registration,give me a cake for surprise! really good service. i love the breakfast both western and japanese restaurant, food are delicious. for the room is comfortable, suitable for vacation also.
