We enjoyed our stay. Our room was massive with impressive AC. Bathroom was nice with separate shower and bath. Pool on the roof was a nice touch with amazing views. Great value too - would definitely recommend!

My stay rates zero stars. Staff were less than helpful. They tried to downgrade my room twice. The concierge was insulting and tried to charge 5 times the going rate for tour bookings. No attempt was made by the manager to address my concerns. It was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I have encountered in my worldwide travels. This hotel rates zero stars and should be avoided at all costs.

Very good hotel. Good service and the breakfast is not bad. Would definitely recommend it. Good for the price range

Just OK but I think it could be better for the price. The closet smelled like an armpit and water from the bathtub would run down to the bathroom floor which wasn't properly inclined to drain it. Maybe I just got unlucky with the room. Staff was polite but not very efficient. After two days I decided to move to the Holiday Inn nearby. Much worth the money and felt like a huge upgrade.

An older grand hotel that has seen glory days but still very comfortable. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. The sky bar has great city views.
